Delivery Policy
Goods are sent via a 'Signature required courier' with www.Fastway.co.nz so please provide a physical address where someone is available during the day to sign for your delivery. You can track your parcel by entering the tacking number displayed on your order status on the Fastway website. The tracking number looks something like this RA0003328311. If you do not wish to sign please give us permission to leave your parcel in a suitable place.
Deliveries to Rural District zones (R.D.), P.O. Boxes / Private bags and Waiheke Island can take up to an additional 2 working days and will be sent with NZ Post by default.
We aim to get the goods out of the store the same day, as long as payment is received by 12.00pm, this is the cut off for orders due to courier and freight services.
During weekends, public holidays and Sundays, nothing will be shipped.
Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us via email immediately (within 24 hours).
Australia and Worldwide
For international destinations we use NZ AirMail.
Pick-ups
iPOP is a web based company and we do not allow pick-ups.
