Returns & refunds

 

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your sunnies you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. What ever the reason it's cool with us.

We will not refund any items that have been used and we will only refund items in original perfect condition (with all packaging) that are fit for re-sale. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of a product if we feel it does not meet these criteria. All items will need to be assessed before a refund is issued. We will not refund any shipping fees. If you have utilised our free shipping option you will be refunded your total amount less a $4 shipping charge.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.

Wholesale orders are non-refundable.

Damaged Delivery
