Orders and Payments
How can I pay?
You can pay with your credit card (Visa or Matercard) with DPS or with direct bank transfer. DPS is the quickest way to pay as we receive the payment almost immediately. Bank transfers can take a couple of days to clear. We do not except AMEX
How long will it take to process my order?
We normally process orders on a daily basis and ship within 24 hrs after receiving your payment. For faster processing we recommend using DPS.
Where do I find my order number?
You can find your order number or ID on your iPOP account page. These details are emailed to you after you have placed an order.
Can I view my past orders online?
Yes. Simply login using your account details to view your contact details and past orders.
Do I have to register before I can make a purchase?
Yes. This will make ordering from us easier in the future and allow us to keep in contact with you.
Did you receive my payment yet?
Log into you iPOP account and click on “order status”. If your order is marked “shipped” "Awaiting Shipment" or “awaiting pick-up” then we have received your payment and your item(s) are on the way.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, before you have completed checkout you can update your shopping cart adding or subtracting items.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you have a physical store I can visit or pick up from?
No. We only sell our items on our online store.
Have much do I have to spend to qualify for free shipping?
Buy as much as you want and pay just $4 for delivery anywhere in NZ. Spend over $50 and we'll ship for free.
Which courier company do you use?
We use www.fastway.co.nz
Where do I find the tracking number for my shipment?
Log into your account and click on “order status”. Here you will find your Fastway tracking number- something like CA0014444444. To track your shipment here- www.fastway.co.nz by entering your track number in the "Track Your Parcel" box.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide with New Zealand International Airmail.
Do you ship to Austalia
Yes, we can ship to Aus by international airmail for just $6.50.
